Production Operative | Immediate start! | £18 per hour | £35,000 per annum The Role Abatec are excited to be recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client in Weston-super-Mare. This is a hands-on role in an industrial, fast-paced environment, supporting the business on a production line. Working Hours Full-time, site-based Monday to Friday Flexibility required Permanent Contract Key Responsibilities Operating as part of a fast-paced production line team Sorting and handling materials in line with production requirements Supporting preparation and processing activities to meet daily targets Following all health and safety procedures at all times Wearing required PPE in accordance with site regulations Working collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations Assisting with general production and site duties as required About You Essential: Reliable and punctual with a strong safety mindset Comfortable working in an industrial environment Able to follow procedures and instructions accurately Positive attitude with a strong team ethic Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
