Responsibilities
1. Deliver technical support and service management within a live NOC environment
2. Act as a key interface between engineering teams, architects, and third-party suppliers
3. Monitor and respond to incidents, problems, and change requests
4. Perform analysis of technical and network data to support issue resolution
5. Lead or participate in incident bridge calls as a central technical contact
6. Ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs
7. Produce clear technical documentation and reporting
8. Support continuous service improvement initiatives
9. Escalate complex issues to L3 teams when required
10. Maintain effective stakeholder communication and engagement
Essential skills and experience
11. Experience with Windows environments and ITSM/ticketing tools
12. Proven ability in incident investigation and resolution
13. Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
14. Experience working within a NOC or service operations environment
15. High level of security awareness
Desirable
16. CCNA or equivalent networking certification
17. Experience with enterprise-scale infrastructure
18. Background in secure or regulated environments
Additional Information
19. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate UK security clearance
20. Comfortable working independently in a shift-based, high-availability environment
