You will be a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day support while managing competing priorities with efficiency and precision. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team Manage complex, international calendars with foresight and accuracy Coordinate meetings, communications and stakeholder engagement at a senior level Build strong relationships with internal administrative teams across the firm Organise and deliver internal and external events, including ad hoc projects Meet and greet visitors, ensuring smooth coordination of meeting logistics Arrange extensive domestic and international travel itineraries Process invoices, expenses and reimbursements promptly and accurately About You Minimum of five years’ experience supporting senior executives, within financial services Exceptionally organised with meticulous attention to detail Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Professional and polished telephone manner Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Self-sufficient, while also thriving in a collaborative team setting Experience in event coordination, particularly roadshows, is advantageous but not essential This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role at the heart of a dynamic and demanding business, where your expertise and initiative will be highly valued.
