With this apprenticeship you will develop your skills to become fully skilled customer service administrator whilst completing a Digital Applications SCQF Level 6 Diploma with our learning partner, QA Scotland. This position is suitable for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in administration or business coordination. Skills an apprentice will learn ; The use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation (including MS Office or equivalent packages) How to produce accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports, and proposals How to make effective decisions based on sound reasoning and deal with challenges in a mature way. How to use relevant project management principles and tools to scope, plan, monitor and report. This role will offer first hand experience in our Stock Control and Customer Service teams, and you will be trained how to: Accurately input data and manage documents Administer the click and collect process Support buyers through swift resolution of queries and complaints Support the production team with daily reporting of the onsite stock Respond to queries from the online operations team Ensure vehicle repairs are completed swiftly and charged correctly Successful candidates will demonstrate the following: A keen desire to learn and a strong motivation for continuous development A friendly and professional attitude Good numeracy and literacy skills Ability to work independently and show initiative Willingness to take instruction and respond positively to feedback A team player with a “can-do” attitude Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Effective communication skills Reliability, punctuality, and commitment We’ve put everything in place to ensure you thrive.
