Overview
We are currently looking to engage an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a freelance opportunity based in Kent, working with a well-established M&E contractor delivering a mix of commercial and healthcare projects.
Responsibilities
This role will see you taking full responsibility for mechanical packages, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion, managing subcontractors, programme, and client relationships on site.

* Day Rate: £350 - £450+ (depending on experience)
* Location: Kent
* Start: Immediate / short notice preferred
Ideal Candidates
Ideal candidates will have previous experience delivering mechanical packages on commercial or healthcare schemes and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
