What We Offer:
* Full-time (40 hours per week) or Part-time Contracts tailored to your lifestyle.

Whether you're seeking a full-time role or looking for part-time work that fits around other commitments, we have different options available.
As a Sommelier, you will oversee all aspects of wine service in the restaurant and contribute to the development of the wine list for the resort.
This includes serving wine within the restaurant and bar service, managing stock levels, and helping develop our teams to recommend and sell wines to customers, both to complement their tastes and to pair with their menu choices.
What you’ll need?
Previous experience within the hospitality sector or specifically working with wines, ideally in a Sommelier or supplier role.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for sharing your knowledge to enhance guest dining experiences.
A WSET Level 3 or 4 diploma or equivalent Sommelier qualification is preferred but not essential, as we can provide this training as you settle into your role.
