Responsibilities
* Work autonomously managing your own caseload of students, collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families.
* Carry out holistic assessments and design evidence-based therapy programs tailored to each student's needs.
* Provide specialist advice, training, and support to staff, parents, and carers.
* Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and innovation in practice.
* Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive learning culture.
Qualifications
* Qualified Occupational Therapist, HCPC-registered and RCOT member.
* Experience in mainstream school settings, supporting children with complex needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
* Knowledge of assessment tools, outcome measures, and embedding therapy into learning.
