The Governors of Ysgol Bae Baglan are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Welsh and History from December 2025 until 30th June 2026, covering a Maternity Leave.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, all-through 3-16 school, which opened its doors to pupils in September 2016. Our school is committed to innovation and excellence in teaching and learning, and we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You will be part of a large and collaborative department, playing a key role in helping pupils reach their full potential. The successful candidate will teach Welsh and History across Key Stages 3 and 4, and should be confident in using technology to enhance learning. All staff are equipped with IT devices and make extensive use of Microsoft 365 tools, including OneNote, to support teaching and learning. Pupils engage with learning through devices, iPads, and traditional methods.
