About the Role As a Teaching and Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in Years 3-6. Your role will involve providing classroom assistance, delivering small group interventions, and ensuring that every child feels confident and supported in their learning journey. Key Responsibilities * Support teaching and learning activities across the KS2 curriculum. * Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups to help raise attainment. * Foster a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment. * Encourage children’s independence, curiosity and confidence. * Assist the class teacher with preparation of resources and classroom organisation. * Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to teaching staff.
