You'll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence in the stockroom, managing deliveries, supporting replenishment and assisting with product movement across the store. Key Responsibilities: Receive and process deliveries accurately and efficiently Unpack, tag, and sort stock to ensure it is quickly ready for the shop floor Maintain excellent organisation and cleanliness of all back-of-house areas Follow all stock handling procedures to prevent loss or damage Collaborate with shop floor teams to support product availability and replenishment Locate and retrieve stock to support customer or colleague requests Support with inter-store transfers, returns, and stock takes when required Assist with the movement of visual merchandising displays or promotional setups Work flexibly to support different departments across the store if required Follow all health, safety, and security protocols to keep the team and stock safe Qualifications Previous stockroom, warehouse, delivery or retail operations experience preferred High attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable with physical work including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods Positive and proactive - able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Team player who supports others and adapts to the needs of the store Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as the store evolves Additional Information What We Value: Think without limits - Embrace challenges and move with pace Own it and back yourself - Be accountable and take pride in your contribution Be relevant - Support the store, your team, and the wider customer journey Additional Info: This is a casual role with no guaranteed hours - weekly shifts will vary In some weeks, no hours may be offered depending on store needs Be part of the powerhouse that keeps our new Dundee store running at its best.
