Job Description
As a Contract Supervisor, you will work closely with the Contract Manager and Administrator to manage contract administration and facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include:
Contract Delivery:
* Surveying of networks to aid scope of works.
* Plan and coordinate crews to ensure efficient and high-quality work delivery.
* Monitor contract performance, adherence to timelines, and quality standards.
* Assist with planning works alongside the Contract Manager and Operations Manager.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters.
* Address client inquiries and provide guidance on product suitability.
Health & Safety:
* Ensure safe work practices, conduct safety audits, and oversee relevant training.
* Lead by example in adhering to health and safety protocols, including proper PPE use.
Administration:
* Monitor work quality to meet or exceed WJ / client expectations.
* Ensure timely completion and submission of worksheets and reports.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
* Basic computer literacy
* Organisation skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
* Great communication skills and able to work collaboratively.
* Relevant experience in a similar role.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments, contract requirements, and priorities.
* Ability to handle and resolve conflicts / disputes that may occur.
* Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
* SSSTS would be an advantage however training can be provided.
* CSCS card
Due to the nature of the role you should also have a Full UK Driving Licence.
