About the role
At Sage Homes, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Insight Analyst, youll champion the voice of our customers by turning data and research into clear, actionable insight that helps improve customer experience across the organisation.
Working closely with the Head of Insight and as part of our wider Customer Team, youll collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure insight is understood, shared, and used to drive meaningful change.
The role is based in our Northampton office, with regular travel to our London office. We offer hybrid working with three days per week in the office and two days from home.
Responsibilities
* Manage end‑to‑end customer feedback and survey activity, turning results into clear insight that informs decision‑making
* Analyse customer performance data from multiple sources to identify trends, drivers of satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement
* Act as an independent and trusted voice for customers, embedding insight into service improvements and action plans
* Lead insight projects with external partners and use sector benchmarks to help us understand how we compare
* Champion data visualisation, dashboards, and accessible reporting to support insight‑led decision making
* Support the delivery of the insight strategy and help shape how customer insight is used across Sage Homes
About you
* Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in insight, research, or analytics
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with data
* Experience designing surveys and working with quantitative and qualitative research
* Confidence presenting insight and working collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues
* Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
* Experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Qualtrics, and CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
* A genuine commitment to improving the experience of Sage Homes customers
