About The Role
As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Kitchen Manager and play a pivotal role in running our kitchen. You’ll lead a team of up to 40 talented individuals, ensuring that our guests are always at the heart of everything we do. Your responsibilities will include:
* Resource Planning: Recruit and select the best team members to deliver exceptional service.
* Guest Experience: Monitor and enhance the guest experience, developing action plans for continuous improvement.
* Financial Performance: Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
* Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
* Team Development: Inspire and train your team, creating performance development plans to help them shine.
In this role, you’ll have the chance to lead and develop a skilled team in our main buffet restaurant, serving guests who have booked a half-board dining package. We believe that variety is the spice of life, and you’ll be at the forefront of creating delightful dining experiences!

Working Conditions
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a kitchen environment without split shifts. You’ll typically work five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week, and you’ll usually finish by 8 PM. Plus, you’ll be part of a bonus scheme!
