Swansea (hybrid work pattern but must bemutable distance)
£23-26,000 per annum

The role is hybrid; once you are fully inducted in the business, you will be able to work from home 1 or 2 days a week in a pattern that fits the needs of the business. Thepany operates worldwide, but has chosen to situate its Head Office in an "out of town" location in Swansea; lovely premises and staff parking with loads of lunch options team are weing and supportive but above all PASSIONATE about their product....... which really is amazing .
Your duties will include the following;
1. Daily processing of accounts receivable and payable using SAGE
2. Management of creditors
3. Regular Bank reconciliation
4. VAT reconciliation and returns
5. Cash flow projections and reporting
6. Management of expenses
7. Preparation and processing of journals
8. Intepany charges
9. Preparation of month-end financial reports
10. Preparation of a variety MI; statistical and financial reports
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a confident andpetent user of MS Office, especially Excel. Exposure to SAGE 50 Accounts would be highly advantageous..... particularly with a focus on VAT!
You will need to be highly organised, and capable of managing multiple workloads. You will be a born problem solver who loves liaising with other teams and departments to help the business meet challenges head on.
