Develop and coordinate project resource plans. Deliver sustainability documents for planning applications. Lead client and design team workshops with clarity and confidence. Delegate, manage, and review the work of junior colleagues. Undertake or oversee: Part L, Part O, overheating and energy simulations Environmental and wellbeing assessments (BREEAM, WELL, HQM) Whole life carbon assessments Net zero carbon strategies Operational energy analysis Support Technical Excellence communities and contribute to knowledge development.
