We are looking for a Key Stage Lead to assist in providing professional leadership and management of the team. You will lead and develop to secure high quality teaching and improved standards of learning across the faculty. Our lovely school has made tremendous progress in recent years. At KS4 our students’ make excellent progress, above that of other schools nationally. Performance in English and maths are above national trends. The school has made excellent progress in Ebacc subjects as well as our other option subjects. In addition, the school has made significant improvements for vulnerable groups. Our average P8 score over the last 3 years is 0.39, 9-5 63%. KS5 outcomes have been consistently strong with our Alps three-year T-score being 3 for both A Level and Vocational. The size of The Nobel School Sixth Form has increased year on year, with students achieving fantastic results and progressing into further education.
