Key Responsibilities
* Self-Motivation & Initiative: Work independently and proactively manage your workload.
* Pre-Planned Maintenance: Ensure maintenance schedules are kept up to date.
* Fault Finding & Defect Rectification: Diagnose and rectify issues in installed equipment.
* Installation: Carry out the installation of new plumbing systems and apparatus.
* Multi-Trade Support: Assist fellow maintenance team members as needed.
* Investigative Reporting: Conduct investigations into equipment performance and produce reports with recommendations.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of tools and spare parts.
* Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
* Safety Compliance: Perform all tasks adhering to statutory regulations and safety protocols.
Essential Skills
* Plumbing Qualification: C&G or NVQ certification is essential.
* Time Management: Prioritise tasks efficiently and work methodically.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication abilities.
