We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide immediate interim support to our Head of Legal for one of our Glasgow-based clients, a dynamic business going through an exciting period of change.
Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts
* Providing practical legal advice across the business
* Keeping abreast of relevant legislative and regulatory changes
* Drafting template contracts and other standard legal documents
Requirements
* Paralegal qualification and experience
* Strong contract drafting and review skills
* Ability to provide clear, business-focused legal advice
* Ideally immediate availability or a short notice period
