We have an exciting opportunity, due to our continued expansion, for a Warehouse Stock and Systems Team Manager, to join our team at the B&M Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port.
As a Stock and Systems Team Manager, you will lead, manage and control your area of responsibility, in line with area specific KPI targets and time constraints. You will provide effective leadership, motivation, training and development to your team and will report to the Warehouse Shift Manager.
Working hours: Sunday to Thursday Nights | 22:00 to 06:00.
Responsibilities
* Management of the inventory and administration function
* Ensuring that stock accuracy is maintained, as well as process compliance
* Leading, motivating and challenging a team of colleagues to deliver achieve high results
* Ensuring the safe delivery of stock to store and all admin is maintained to a high standard
* Collaborating with peers and superiors to maximize efficiencies and best practice
Qualifications and Skills
* Management experience in a volume & service driven warehouse operation
* Ability to operate in a fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines
* Excellent leadership, team building and motivational skills
* Detail focused with strong organisational skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to negotiate and influence
* Energy, flexibility and commitment to succeed in a challenging environment
Requirements
In addition to the relevant experience you must also be able to demonstrate the following:
* Demonstrated capability to lead and develop a team in a warehouse setting
