We're looking for dedicated Children's Support Workers to join our team in West Newcastle and Newbiggin by the Sea.

What's the role all about?
As a Children's Support Worker, you'll be a cornerstone of support for children in residential settings. You'll provide comfort, guidance, and a stable environment, helping them thrive. This role is all about being a positive influence and a reliable presence.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing essential day-to-day support to children.
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
* Assisting with daily routines and activities.
* Being a positive role model and building trusting relationships.
* Supporting the well-being and development of the children.
What we need from you:
* Previous experience working with children in a residential setting is highly preferred. But honestly, any experience with children is worth considering!
* You must be a car driver.
* You need to have indefinite leave to remain in the UK or a valid British passport - we can't consider visa sponsorship for this role.
