Learning Support Administrator
£23,636 per annum (pro rata £11,818)
18 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am - 4.00pm

We are looking for candidates to join our friendly and dedicated team of Learning Support professionals who play a vital role in supporting our students. You will provide comprehensive administrative support for the additional learning support provision at the College, ensuring the timely completion of relevant tasks to a high standard. You will engage with service users of the college in a supportive and sensitive manner ensuring an inclusive and accessible service. You will collect required information and use your digital skills working across systems to capture information ensuring GDPR compliance.



Key Responsibilities

* Provide a high-quality, administrative support to the Additional Learning Support team by undertaking a range of tasks.
* Collect data from learners to ensure the timely completion of administration processes.
* Monitor the Additional Learning Support Health Questionnaire and input information into the College’s Management Information System and support plans.
* Support the collation of information required as part of payroll processes and liaise with relevant staff and departments as required.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

* Experience of working in a busy customer facing environment.
* Strong digital skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office 365, teams and a variety of IT applications.
* Experience of viewing, inputting and retrieving data within a management information system.
* Knowledge and awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion issues
* GCSE English and maths (Grade C/4) or equivalent level qualification
