Job Title: Smart FM Solutions Program Manager Client Title: Smart FM Solutions Program Manager JOB SUMMARY Having complete responsibility for all the delivery of Smart FM products, projects and programs in EMEA, reporting to the Smart FM PMO Director, the role will be responsible for providing Program Management of all Programs. This role is responsible for providing procedural as well as technical guidance to FM account stakeholders and in-country CBRE Project Managers (where applicable) in executing the deployment of projects in EMEA. The role requires establishing and maintaining senior level partnerships with FM Accounts, CBRE customers and our vendor partners. JOB DESCRIPTION The role of the Program Manager is as follows: Responsible for the PMO P&L. Responsible for managing revenue and costs, tracking and reporting P&L performance. Responsible for revenue forecasting and budget setting Responsible for organizing, attending and leading stakeholder meetings Responsible for ensuring that all important actions from meetings are completed Responsible for preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings Responsible for ensuring project deadlines are met and projects are delivered within budget Responsible for providing procedural as well as technical guidance to FM account stakeholders and in-country CBRE Project Managers. The support may require both remote as well as on-site visits to these project locations Provide a structured governing project management body Responsible for providing a central repository for all projects and project information Responsible for providing a centralized management structure for all project management functions Responsible for providing project portfolio reporting capability Responsible for providing a well-defined project management process or methodology Developing project strategies Assess project risks and issues and manage the provision of solutions where applicable Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution Oversee implementation and ongoing program management across all programs in all relevant countries Ensure there is sufficient liaison between on-site Project Managers, technical teams, account leadership, and client contacts. Average 10% travel expectation but may increase from time to time. Technical Skills Advanced understanding of mechanical, HVAC and electrical building systems, building automation systems, intelligent building systems. Experience in Niagara based control systems is preferred Problem solving ability in implementation of energy auditing, energy conservation projects, recommissioning and M&V Programme management and budget management skills Advanced skills in Smartsheet, Autodesk Build, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Communication & Strategic Skills Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service; needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as be detail oriented; strong leadership/management, verbal and written communication, negotiating and presentation skills Exceptional report writing skills with ability to communicate technical issues effectively Ability to research, analyze and form conclusions on complex issues Presents compelling arguments to support clients' decision making Ability to coach & support colleagues Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervise staff and provide leadership to project teams.
