This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2025/26 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium. We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.
Responsibilities
* Following the chefs direction in food preparation eg. Washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
* Measuring ingredients for chefs or cooks
* Assisting in preparing simple dishes (e.g., salads, sauces, garnishes)
* Unpacking and storing deliveries properly (stock rotation, labelling)
* Assisting chefs with various tasks during busy periods
* Carrying ingredients and supplies between storage and prep areas
* Keeping fridges, freezers, and dry storage areas organized
* Helping with plating and portioning under supervision
Qualifications
* Strong Work Ethic - Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in completing tasks thoroughly and efficiently
* Team Player - Works well as part of a busy kitchen team, takes direction from chefs, and supports colleagues as needed
* Health & Safety Awareness - Understands the importance of food safety, proper storage, allergen handling, and basic kitchen safety procedures
* Good Communication - Understands instructions quickly and communicates clearly with chefs and kitchen staff
