The Role
You’ll support existing customers while learning the foundations of account management in a fast-moving tech environment. Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing and nurturing existing customer accounts
* Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day queries
* Identifying opportunities to add value through upselling and cross-selling
* Supporting senior team members while gradually building your own accounts
* Gaining practical experience with clear progression into a full Account Manager role
Training & Development
No previous sales experience is required. You’ll complete Furza’s 4-month training programme, designed specifically for graduates and early-career professionals. This includes:
* 2–4 weeks of structured, in-office training covering sales fundamentals, communication skills, and commercial awareness.
* Ongoing coaching and support for a further two months as you transition fully into the role
* Regular feedback to help you build confidence, develop skills, and progress quickly
