We are partnering with a leading Industrial Services company to appoint a Regional Business Development & Bid Manager who will lead the growth of their New South Wales and ACT regions. The role will be responsible for driving the expansion of the regions while maintaining a strong market position in the next phase of its strategic journey.
Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager for the region, this position will be key in leading and executing the business development and growth strategy. This position is responsible for fostering and maintaining critical strategic customer relationships in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and growth targets. Leading a team of up to 10 people, the Regional Business Development & Bid Manager will provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to proactively anticipate and respond to both client and organisational needs.
We are seeking a results-oriented and driven leader who brings a proactive approach to business growth. You will have a track record of success in implementing effective strategic business development strategies to secure contracts and win bids in a competitive, project-based environment. You will bring a strong understanding of an industrial contracting environment, including market dynamics, in order to cultivate deep relationships with new and existing clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders to enhance the company’s reputation and position in the market.
