Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and develop the Client Services Team to deliver outstanding service, achieve monthly sales targets and meet agreed SLAs.
* Oversee the smooth, accurate processing of enquiries, quotations and orders, keeping efficiency high and momentum strong.
* Champion smarter processes and performance measures that keep the team sharp, consistent and customer‑focused.
* Prioritise workloads with confidence, ensuring the team stays organised and service levels remain consistently excellent.
* Collaborate closely with Production, Sales and Operations to support realistic lead times and a seamless order flow.
* Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, quick issue resolution and dependable day‑to‑day support.
* Serve as the ERP champion and trainer for BBMC, driving best practice, system confidence and continuous improvement across the team.
