I'm partnered with a growing recruitment business in the renewable energy sector, and we're looking for a driven recruiter to step into a Billing Manager role. This is a high-impact position with full ownership of building out a division across both permanent and temporary hires.

Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on billing and client delivery
* Developing and managing your own client base
* Building, mentoring, and leading a team of consultants
* Driving performance across both perm and temp desks
* Working closely with senior leadership on divisional strategy
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven 360 recruitment experience (perm, temp, or dual desk)
* Strong billing track record in technical, energy, or related sectors
* Leadership potential – either current manager or senior-level recruiter
* Commercially focused, driven, and ready to step into a key role
