Role Description
This is a full-time Telesales Manager role based on‑site in Belfast. The Telesales Manager will lead, train, and oversee a team of telesales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves motivating the team, monitoring sales performance, implementing best practices, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales data, developing strategies to improve performance, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and engagement.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support team and client interactions
* Proven team management abilities, including motivating and mentoring team members
* Analytical skills to evaluate sales data, identify trends, and develop performance improvement strategies
* Customer service expertise to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and problem resolution
* Experience in training and developing team members to achieve sales goals
* Proficiency in sales tools or CRM systems is a plus
* Prior experience in telecommunications or technology sales would be advantageous
