Customer Advisor 21 hours (York) at JoJo Maman Bébé.
Responsibilities
* Provide a fantastic level of customer care and service, guiding and assisting customers in choosing from a wide range of clothing and products.
* Assist customers in diverse situations, including maternity wear and related products, and demonstrate products as needed.
* Prepare Omni-Channel orders and liaise with customers in-store or by phone for Omni-Channel orders.
* Utilize digital or virtual learning platforms to develop knowledge and retail skills; stay informed about product knowledge to enhance sales opportunities.
* Listen actively to customer needs and determine best solutions; maintain store appearance and tidiness.
* Support a flexible schedule; typical week may include 3 x 5-hour shifts and 1 x 6-hour shift, with flexibility required according to store needs.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous retail, customer service and sales experience.
* Competent IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems; strong product knowledge retention and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a curiosity to learn new products; capable of applying non-pushy sales techniques with active listening and empathy.
* Ability to work harmoniously within a small team; flexible to retail hours as stores are open 7 days a week.
* Attention to detail to keep the store looking tidy and to maintain JoJo standards.
