Required Qualifications Sales & Business Development Proven ability to create, structure and sell large deals (>$5M), including multi-service deals. Track record of generating $1M per year from new logos. Experience selling in Europe and ability to build and maintain relationships with senior customer leaders (VP level and above). Sales Process & Methodologies Hands-on experience across the sales lifecycle: prospecting (including market analysis and competitor assessment), lead qualification, requirements gathering, proposal presentation and deal closure. Soft Skills & Interpersonal Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Affable personality with a proven record of collaboration across functions, especially between Engineering and Sales. Mobility & Market Coverage Willingness to travel extensively for business within Europe (expected travel up to 75%). Preferred Qualifications Technical Knowledge Clear understanding of modern networking and application concepts, enterprise digital transformation, data engineering and migration. Experience with enterprise application implementation and lifecycle support and the ability to position and sell related solutions. Understanding of partner and support ecosystems for enterprise applications and SaaS solutions.
