Sales & Drainage Coordinator
Yorkshire (occasional travel to Manchester/Stockport) | Full Time | £30,000 basic + Commission

Are you the right person for the job?
You'll be a great fit if you have:
* Experience in drainage, plumbing, utilities, FM or similar
* Understanding of common drainage problems
* Confidence in generating new business
* Strong communication and customer skills
* Organised, proactive and able to manage jobs end-to-end
* Full UK driving licence
* A desire to progress into more field-based work
What will your role look like?
* Secure new business by visiting customers and assessing needs
* Manage jobs from enquiry → quote → booking → completion
* Act as the link between customers and the team
* Keep customers updated throughout
* Office-based initially, progressing into field sales with training
* Build and follow up your own pipeline
* Prepare and send quotations
* Attend site to support basic assessments (with support where needed)
* Ensure smooth job delivery and customer communication
* Review CCTV notes/images to support accurate quoting
* Take payments/issue pro formas
* Close jobs in the system accurately
