HR Manager
HR Manager Key responsibilities:
* Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee relations issues, including, grievances, and performance management.
* Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business.
* Hire and train department staff
* Carry out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process.
* Manage transition and integration of acquisitions including restructuring where applicable.
* Reporting - monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting for the business.
* Contribute to implementation of new HRIS.
* Implement new colleague benefits platform.
* Drafting people policies and updating Staff Handbook.
* Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and Occupational Health Referrals.
* Sickness, maternity, and absence management.
* Day to day management of the team
HR Manager Requirements:
* Significant on-the-job experience or other compensating achievements.
* Previous experience in HR team at Senior Advisor level or above.
* Multi-site/fast paced environment.
* Up to date knowledge of employment law.
Skills:
* Highly confidential and empathetic.
* Excellent Excel and HRIS skills.
* Fully numerate.
* Impeccable attention to detail.
