Regional Sales Director - Strategic Accounts
Based in Tipton, you will lead the West Region sales team across Bristol, Cardiff, and Tipton depots, setting and delivering a growth strategy that drives market share, profitability, and sales performance.
Responsibilities
* Set the sales strategy and achieve the market share targets for the region.
* Lead, coach and mentor the sales team (MHD and LCV) to deliver on KPIs and conversion rates.
* Drive profitability by ensuring adherence to sales products, campaigns and commercial vehicle best practice.
* Analyse performance data to identify and execute commercial opportunities, improve participation and increase participation rates.
* Represent the company at regional level and influence the vehicle retail business environment.
Qualifications
* Experience of running a sales operation in the Commercial Vehicle/Capital Equipment industry.
* Experience of leading, managing, coaching and mentoring people.
* Formal training in Sales, leadership, communication and people skills would be valuable.
* Strong leadership, coordination, support and direction to reflect the company’s market share targets.
Benefits & Compensation
Basic salary up to £80,000 + up to 30% KPI driven bonus scheme, 10% matched pension, private healthcare, company car and holiday entitlement starting at 25 days + bank holidays. Pension match increases with service.
