Responsibilities
1. Manage project costs and valuations from inception through to final account.
2. Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and cost forecasts.
3. Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and payments.
4. Report profit and loss figures, maintaining a clear understanding of each project’s scope.
5. Collaborate with clients, commercial teams, and site management.
Skills & Experience
6. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or construction.
7. Confident user of Microsoft Office.
8. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
9. Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure.
10. Team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
