Your Responsibilities:
* Foster a warm and welcoming classroom environment where each child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
* Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and interests of young learners.
* Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and holistic learning experience for our students.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to parents and caregivers.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
* A commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse learning environment where every child can thrive.
* Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive approach to teaching that inspires a love for learning.
