We are seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join our client’s Property Services Team at their Exeter Hub, covering the Devon locality, on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will diagnose and resolve day-to-day maintenance issues, providing technical support to in-house trades and contractors to ensure works are completed efficiently, ideally on the first visit. This role requires some travel, so you must have access to a vehicle and hold a full UK driving licence. This role is also subject to a basic DBS disclosure.
