What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting children with a range of additional needs (SEMH, ASC, MLD, SLD, and more) Helping pupils access learning and build independence Creating a calm, positive, and encouraging environment Working closely with teachers and SENCOs Using patience, empathy, and creativity to help students shine Making every day rewarding — for you and your pupils!
What You’ll Need

Qualified Nursery Practitioner in Chippenham !
Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work across local primary schools and early years settings? Hays Education is seeking experienced and qualified early years professionals to support nurseries and reception classes within our partner schools.
Your New Role
You will work within Early Years environments to provide highquality care, learning and development for children aged 0–5. Roles may include:
1. Supporting daytoday learning in Nursery or Reception
2. Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
3. Assisting with planning and delivering EYFSaligned activities
4. Observing and monitoring children’s progress
5. Supporting children with varying needs and abilities
6. Working collaboratively with teaching staff, SEN support and parents
What You’ll Need to Succeed
7. A relevant Early Years Qualification (Level 2 or above)
8. Experience working within EYFS settings
9. Strongmunication and teamwork skills
10. A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
11. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
