Prep Centre ManagerDuties Manage daily operations of the vehicle preparation centre Plan and control workflow to meet agreed preparation timescales Ensure all vehicles undergo mechanical checks, PDI, servicing, MOT prep and cosmetic preparation Monitor turnaround times and stock ageing Manage labour efficiency and workshop productivity Control preparation costs and budgets Liaise closely with Sales, Service, and Parts departments Organise valeting Prep of 100 cars per month Prep Centre Manager Requirements Previous experience as aWorkshop Controller, Centre Manager or transferable skills Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with both internal and external stakeholders Managed a team Company Benefits Access to training programs Company pension scheme Employee discount Any applications will be 100% confidential.
