Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Security Manager located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Event Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations during events to ensure the safety of attendees, staff, and property. Daily tasks include coordinating security staff, conducting risk assessments, implementing security protocols, monitoring security systems, and liaising with law enforcement and emergency services. The role also involves training security personnel and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications
* Experience in leading event security deployments on indoor and outdoor events
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence
* Previous experience in the security industry is highly desirable
* level 5 crowd management certification
