Sales & Admin Coordinator

We're working with a growing business in Billingshurst that's looking for a Sales & Admin Coordinator to join their team. No need for a background in sales - if you're great with people, and are eager to learn, this could be a brilliant step for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers - answering calls, emails, and helping with queries
Preparing quotes and helping convert them into confirmed orders
Inputting orders into the system and keeping everything up to date
Working with other teams to check progress and keep customers informed
Making sure customers are happy post-sale and helping resolve any issues
Building relationships with regular clients and supporting the wider sales team
About You:
Friendly, confident, and professional
Happy speaking to customers and helping with queries
Organised with a good eye for detail
Keen to learn new systems and pick things up quickly
Sales experience is a bonus but not essential - we'll teach you what you need to know
A full UK driving licence is required due to location
What You'll Get:
Salary of £28,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)
Monday-Friday schedule, 8am - 5.30pm
21 days holiday + bank holidays
