Our Kiddi Caru Nursery in Plympton, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Nursery Practitioner (lunch cover) with Level 2 or above in Early Years (20 hours per week, working from 11am to 3pm) to join our team. What will you be doing:
* Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery regarding environment, resources, and experiences
* Assuming key carer responsibilities for designated children
* Providing rich and stimulating experiences suitable for children’s ages and stages
* Supporting children’s activities and learning
* Maintaining effective day-to-day management in the absence of leadership
* Ensuring practice meets the Early Years Foundation Stage standards
* Mentoring students and unqualified staff to ensure high-quality childcare
