Hampton’s are working in partnership with a well-established children’s residential services provider who are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee 4+ of their children’s homes located throughout the Manchester region.
You will take overall operational responsibility for the region, including the responsibility to act as the Responsible Individual.

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + £5000 car allowance
Bonus Scheme: Earn up to £13,000 p/a
Location: Manchester region
Duties and responsibilities:
* Where appropriate, being the main point of contact on behalf of managers in liaising with the central services to support the achievement of operational objectives.
* Ensure that homes are managed in accordance with the relevant law and regulations, in addition to the compliance requirements set out in contracts for commissioning agencies, licenses or other agreements.
* Proactively develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, commissioners in local authorities and other professionals.
* Managing budgets
Experience and Qualifications:
* A professional qualification (level 5 or above) and experience of working within Ofsted registered children's residential care
* Management experience
* Proven multi-site experience of improving children’s services and achieving positive outcomes for the children and young people.
* Extensive experience in staff leadership and management, financial management and regulatory compliance will be an advantage
* In depth knowledge of Quality Standards and Children’s homes regulations.
Requirements:
* Full clean driving license essential
* Enhanced clean DBS
