It is now seeking a skilled Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive 2-5 years PQE to join its friendly and inclusive team in Newbury.

The Role:
As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering expert legal advice to clients on a variety of employment matters. Your responsibilities will include:
* Settlement Agreements: Negotiation and drafting
* Advisory Services: Guidance on redundancy, disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Discrimination Claims: Managing cases across all discrimination types
* TUPE Advice: Providing expertise, particularly in corporate support contexts
* Restrictive Covenants: Advice, litigation, undertakings and drafting
* Employment Documentation: Drafting service agreements, contracts, policy documents and handbooks
* Tribunal Representation: Handling employment tribunal litigation
* Employee Rights: Advising on flexible working, part-time work and maternity leave management
