This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and personable 1st Line Support Analyst or Service Desk Analyst, looking for a varied role within an enterprise, multi-site environment that offers structured career progression and development.
The Role
Working in a sector that is truly rewarding, the Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst will be joining a welcoming, structured support team providing a true support service to approximately 3,500 staff spread across various sites throughout the Home Counties.
Working from home 3 days a week and in the Lincoln-based head office for the rest of the time, the Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst, will also need to be willing to travel to additional sites from time-to-time as required.

What do I need?
* My client is keen to find a Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst with skills/experience in as many of the following areas as possible, but as a relatively junior role, of equal importance is to find someone that is energetic, enthusiastic, technically-curious, with a genuine desire to develop a career in IT support, coupled with a “can-do” attitude!
* 1st line IT support, with service desk experience preferred
* Microsoft desktop technologies such as Windows 10
* Office 365
* Active Directory
* Citrix
