About the Role: This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Partner’s schedule and operations, while also providing support to the wider Leeds team and colleagues across the UK. You’ll be involved in everything from diary management and travel coordination to supporting billing processes and organising key meetings. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone highly organised, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage the Partner’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments * Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders * Oversee the Partner’s email inbox, prioritising and responding as necessary * Maintain effective filing systems for emails and documents * Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings * Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials * Prepare reports and presentations, and follow up on outstanding actions * Submit expenses and manage billing records accurately * Open, close, and archive client files in line with firm procedures * Provide ad hoc administrative support to other team members * Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Skills and Experience * Significant experience in a similar PA or Executive Assistant role, ideally within legal or professional services * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively * Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging at all levels * Proactive and adaptable, with a keen attention to detail * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Familiarity with document management systems is an advantage Why Apply? * Join a well-respected, national firm with a collaborative and inclusive culture * Work flexibly in a role that values balance and individual contribution * Be part of a team where your ideas and efforts make a visible impact For more information apply today
