to join our Investigations & Enforcement team. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team of investigators and professionals, providing operational oversight, technical expertise, and strong people management to ensure cases are delivered to the highest standards.

What will the role involve?
As our new Regulatory Investigation Manager, you'll:
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of 7–8 professionals across investigations.
* Oversee the progress and quality of investigations, ensuring all cases are delivered on time, to KPIs, and to the highest standards.
* Provide technical expertise, reviewing and quality-assuring documents to ensure evidence-based, well-structured casework.
* Collaborate with Regulatory Lawyers, Senior Counsel, and Technical Specialists to build knowledge, share expertise, and embed best practice.
* Monitor resourcing and performance, reporting to senior stakeholders and addressing risks proactively.
* Represent the organisation credibly with professionals, firms, and internal stakeholders.
