This Is the Role — And You’ll Own It

As a Fulfilment Area Sales Executive – New Business & Onboarding, you’ll:
1. Build and develop your own prospect pipeline to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual targets
2. Prospect and convert inbound enquiries aligned to Evri’s fulfilment model
3. Win new eCommerce fulfilment customers and lead the sale end‑to‑end
4. Deliver system demos and manage the onboarding journey, from sale through to go‑live
5. Ensure new clients are trading to profile within their first 4 weeks
6. Own the customer experience until handover after successful onboarding
7. Track and manage all activity through our CRM and own your performance
8. Work closely with Operations, Finance, Product, Legal and Customer Service to deliver a seamless customer experience
This role gives you real autonomy — the freedom to grow your own book of business, with support from experienced sales leaders when you need it.
Who This Role Is Made For
You’re commercially switched‑on, organised, and driven. You enjoy targets because you enjoy hitting them. You’re confident with customers, resilient when deals need work, and analytical enough to understand what great onboarding looks like in practice.
You’ll bring:
9. Proven experience in B2B sales (telesales or hybrid)
10. A solid understanding of sales pipelines, conversion and onboarding
11. The drive to build your own book of business and exceed targets
12. Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills
13. A proactive, organised approach with good CRM discipline
14. Experience in 3PL and/or fulfilment is a strong advantage, but not essential
15. An interest in e‑commerce and scaling online businesses
16. Strong numeracy, commercial awareness and common sense
Location & Working Pattern:
This role is hybrid, with two days per week based at our Morley office and the remainder working remotely. You ideally will be based within 90 minutes travelling distance of Morley, Leeds.
