Job Description An opportunity has arisen for a Social worker within the Integrated Learning Disability team, Stirling. The post will be located in Stirling for 35 hours per week and will be line managed by the Team Leader of Integrated Learning Disability Service within Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership. The successful applicant will be required to undertake individual assessment which identifies the needs and risks of vulnerable service users and co-ordinate care packages that respond to identified need. Operate within the legislative framework governing the delivery of social work services and comply with national and local policy. The post holder will be required to contribute to achievement of Community Care Team objectives and standards by supporting of team work and flexibility, contributing to the overall success of the Council. Requirements The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Adults & Children.
