Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to the individual. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and delivering high-quality client care.
Responsibilities
* Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
* Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
* Assist with shopping.
* Assist with domestic chores.
* Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
* Drive clients to appointments or social outings when necessary.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and a patient, caring attitude towards clients.
* A valid driving licence is preferred for transportation duties.
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting client dignity at all times.
