Our client, a renowned supplier based in Crawley is seeking a skilled and dependable Warehouse & Forklift Operative to join their team.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position with a strong emphasis on forklift operation. You will be working with high-value products, so confidence, proven experience, and precision are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload high-value goods
* Ensure care and attention is maintained at all times when handling products
* Wrap and prepare pallets for dispatch
* Assist with general warehouse duties including stock movement and organisation
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in forklift operation within a warehouse environment
* Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
* Organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
The Package:
* Salary: £27,300pa
* Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays)
* Onsite parking
* 10% discretionary annual bonus
* 5% contributory pension
